Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

KNOW ME TOO is not a health application

KNOW ME TOO is not a medical, clinical, diagnostic or health-monitoring application. We do not diagnose, infer medical conditions, or provide health advice.

However, because the product invites you to write freely about your life and relationships, you may voluntarily enter information that a consumer health data law would treat as consumer health data — for example about wellbeing, reproductive matters or intimacy.

Categories and sources

The only consumer health data we hold is what you choose to enter, or what someone you have connected with shares with you inside the service. We do not purchase consumer health data, and we do not derive health inferences from location or device signals.

Why we process it

Solely to provide the feature you are using: storing what you wrote, showing it back to you, sharing it with the specific person you chose, and generating the NOMI response you requested.

Who we share it with

We share it with the people you explicitly choose inside the product, and with service providers and processors acting on our behalf under contract — hosting and storage, authentication, AI processing for NOMI responses, and security and error monitoring. We do not share consumer health data with advertisers or data brokers.

No sale

We do not sell consumer health data, and we would not do so without the separate, specific valid authorization such laws require. We have no such programme.

Consent and withdrawal

Where consent is required to collect or share consumer health data, we collect it before the relevant feature processes your information, and you may withdraw it at any time by disabling the feature, deleting the content, or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

Access and deletion

You can access, correct or delete this information in the app, or ask us to do it by writing to info@knowmetoo.com. When you request deletion of consumer health data, we delete it from active systems and notify the processors that hold it on our behalf, and it is removed from backups in the ordinary course of backup rotation.

Security and access controls

Access to member content by our personnel is restricted and limited to what is necessary to operate, secure and support the service. We do not claim end-to-end encryption or that access is technically impossible.
